Initial Setup
Once you commit to using the prioritySBS service, our goal will be to make implementation as simple as possible for you and your schools. We will start the process by working with you to complete a questionnaire and checklist – establishing your preferences and compiling all of the information needed to set up your version of prioritySBS! Implementation will be done in 2 phases – the first for you, the adopting institution, and the second for your schools. In each of these phases, we will set up the following:
Adopting Institution:
- Create an institution specific instance of the prioritySBS
- Customize the “look and feel” – header, footer, and colors
- Establish user profiles and set up initial user ID's
- Configure file routing options, encryption/decryption keys
- Setup guarantor, lender, and school administrative information
School:
- Establish school specific user profiles and set up initial user ID's
- Pre-load initial borrower and loan data for school use
Further Customizations
PTI is happy to work with you on further customizing the prioritySBS service for your particular needs. While the out-of-the-box implementation will give you a full-featured, and powerful service, you may want to add your own special touch. Some customizations that we can work with you on might include:
- Real-time transactional links to your own processing system
- Single sign-on for other web services that you provide
- Specialized screens, edits, or transmission protocols for your particular private loan types
We will work with you to further understand how prioritySBS can be customized to give you uniqueness and competitive advantages in your marketplace.
